When evaluating rental safety, most look to the neighborhood. A safe neighborhood is important, and we can help you find one. In addition to the neighborhood, renters should evaluate the safety of the rental itself. Tenant Agents know what to look for and avoid (mold, structural issues, etc). The quality of your rental is a big deal, and we believe clients should Be Happy Renting.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE RENT ADVERTISED IS A FAIR PRICE? SHOULD I NEGOTIATE THE ASKING PRICE?
We are knowledgeable of the rental market and fair market value. If a property is priced beyond that, we are equipped to negotiate rent on your behalf.
HOW DO I ENSURE THAT MY LEASE TERMS ARE FAIR?
Our Tenant Agents are extremely knowledgeable of lease terms/language. They can review the lease and (if necessary) negotiate changes.
I’VE HEARD THAT THE CHARLESTON RENTAL MARKET IS COMPETITIVE. HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT MY PROPERTY OF CHOICE DOESN’T GO TO ANOTHER TENANT?
